The installer leaves. We stay.
In-room entertainment, signage, WLAN, room automation — planned with our ICT partner, installed around your occupancy, and answered for by the same number as the boiler.
AV firms stop at their boxes. Facility managers stop at the room door.
Between the two stands you, at 23:10, holding a remote control that says NO SIGNAL in four languages. Your guests will never once praise the WLAN. You will hear about it exactly once — in the review. Guest technology is judged entirely on the day it fails, which is why the interesting question about any system is not what it does, but who answers for it afterwards.
One number, still.
Planning
With our ICT partner, against your brand standard and your renovation calendar — not against a product catalogue. We have no hardware to sell you, which does wonders for the advice.
Installation
Floor by floor, around occupancy. A hotel is not a construction site; it just occasionally contains one. Guests should not be able to tell which week it was.
Operation
The part that makes this work: first-line support sits with us, inside your existing retainer. TV, signage, WLAN and room controls join the same ticket system as the heat pump.
Scope
Interactive TV and casting · digital signage for wayfinding and events · WLAN with a proper site survey · room automation where it earns its keep — and honest advice about where it doesn't.

08:05 · TSPM Confirmed working. Cause: HDMI-CEC conflict after Wednesday's power cut. Logged to the TV fleet record — third case this year, flagged for the fleet assessment.
A guest-tech fault, closed in 25 minutes, photographed, explained, free under the retainer — and feeding a fleet-level insight. That is the difference between an installer and an operator.
When to think about it
Three natural triggers: a renovation with walls already open, a brand-standard audit with a deadline attached, or a TV fleet reaching the age where guests photograph it for amusement. Outside those windows, upgrading is usually money spent early — we will tell you so.
Start with a measurement, not a purchase order.
WLAN site survey
Every floor measured, dead zones mapped, interference found — a heatmap and a fix list, vendor-neutral because we sell no hardware.
TV & in-room tech assessment
The honest age check: what your fleet is, what guests experience, what to replace, what to leave alone — and what it all costs.
Signage or casting pilot
One screen or one floor, properly installed and configured, so you can judge with your own eyes before committing the house.
One-off support visit
Something guest-facing is misbehaving and your AV installer's hotline is a form. We come, we fix, we document what it was.
If a pilot or survey turns into a project, the fee is credited against it. And whatever gets installed — by us or by others — first-line support can live inside an operations retainer, which is the part your guests will actually notice.
